Al. Neyer listed among largest Cincinnati real estate developers

Al. Neyer, Inc. is Cincinnati's second largest commercial real estate developer, according to an August 5 list compiled and published by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Al. Neyer reported local development projects worth $61.2 million were completed in 2004, which included office projects Lake Forest Pointe and Western Row Corporate Campus. 

"We're poised for another year of significant development activity this year, too, as we move ahead with Linden Pointe on the Lateral office project," says David Neyer, president and chief executive officer. "It represents a significant investment and belief in the strength of the local economy."
