Sustainability – We’ve always taken a comprehensive approach to projects – at the beginning of a project, working with the city and community; planning, environmental and landscape design specialists; and tenants – the people who will be working, shopping or living in the spaces that we’re designing and building. This holistic approach that focuses on people and long-term value to a community syncs well with the sustainable building movement.
