March 2009 Laura Brunner, Christopher Dobrozsi, CCIM, among featured speakers for CREW 2009 Midwest Regional Conference and trade show
Laura Brunner, Executive Vice President of Business Development at Al. Neyer, will moderate the “Successful Urban Renaissance Developments” panel that will include economic development leaders from Detroit, Cincinnati, and Louisville. Ms. Brunner is charged with leading the panelists to present best practices on the complex issues of successful urban redevelopment projects that promote vitality. She joined Al. Neyer in 2008 to direct and oversee all aspects of the company’s business development functions. Mr. Dobrozsi, a Greater Cincinnati real estate development veteran, is a featured speaker at the April 24 “Case Studies in Brownfield Development” session. For his Brownfield presentation, Mr. Dobrozsi will give a case study of Al. Neyer’s Linden Pointe on the Lateral project, a redevelopment of 22 acres in the geographic center of Greater Cincinnati’s real estate market. The CREW conference hotel is Cincinnati Hilton Netherland – the many and diverse sessions will be held in the historic hotel’s conference areas.
