AL. NEYER INC. COMPLETES NEW THEATER COMPLEX IN NEW ALBANY, INDIANA

3,000-SEAT THEATER SPOTLIGHTS NEW DEVELOPMENT IN LOUISVILLE, KY., AREA

Cincinnati - Al. Neyer, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of a 64,000-square-foot movie complex it recently completed in New Albany, Indiana. Neyer provided all design/build services for the $7 million project near Louisville, Kentucky.

Development Director for National Accounts Mark Vella says the theater project is a significant addition to New Albany's retail landscape.

The theater's interior will make it easy for people to move from the ticket counter to the concession area and finally to seats that are among the most comfortable you'll ever find."

Great Escape offers additional entertainment areas for people waiting to see the movies, as well as several party rooms.

New Albany-based Aliance Entertainment Inc. owns and operates the theater under the name New Albany Great Escape 16. Aliance Entertainment operates about 70 movie screens in various Kentucky and Indiana locations and is among the fastest growing and most successful movie chains in the country.

Aliance President Anne Ragains says the theater will show first-run films and accommodate 3,000 moviegoers in stadium seating, with a digital sound system.
