Linden Pointe on the Lateral sits smack center of the Cincinnati market.  The park’s central location along S.R. 562, the Norwood Lateral connector, puts it 10 minutes from downtown exits and less than five minutes from I-71 and I-75.

Al. Neyer received a Clean Ohio Fund grant to reclaim the 22.7 acre brownfield, the site of a former GM facility and a leather goods manufacturer.  Al. Neyer is creating 600,000 square feet of mixed-use office, medical office, retail and restaurants in a park environment among trees, walks, benches and grassy commons.

Phase I is completed and includes a mixed-use building with office over first floor retail, a retail storefront building, two standalone restaurants and parking for 1,000.  Phase I also includes a unique flatiron building, recognizing an earlier structure on the site.  Phase II adds more office and medical office, and structured parking for another 1,000 vehicles.
