Neyer is creating 600,000 square feet of mixed-use office, medical office, retail and restaurants in a park environment among trees, walks, benches and grassy commons.

Phase I is completed and includes a mixed-use building with office over first floor retail, a retail storefront building, two standalone restaurants and parking for 1,000.  Phase I also includes a unique flatiron building, recognizing an earlier structure on the site.  Phase II adds more office and medical office, and structured parking for another 1,000 vehicles.
