Intelligrated Inc. is relatively new, but its founding management team has decades of experience producing and selling sophisticated material handling systems and services. They founded Intelligrated to capture a major share of the growing market for high tech capital equipment and expand employment to 260 people. 

Intelligrated chose Neyer to simultaneously develop a new 156,000-square-foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility, and remodel a plant near Columbus, Ohio, it had acquired in a merger.  Upon completion, Neyer and several investment partners leased the headquarters back to Intelligrated.  Neyer Real Estate Management provides turnkey property management services for the site, freeing Intelligrated management to focus on their growing business.
