A 27-year industry veteran, John directs all of Neyer Construction’s project management and field construction operations. As a member of the 5th generation of Neyer family members who work in commercial development and construction, John embodies a commitment to a tradition of excellence established more than 100 years ago.

Tina is responsible for human resources, professional development and training for Neyer Construction, Inc. She is a professional Mediator, well-known for her accomplishments in the field of business mediation.

Jeff brings over 19 years experience in construction management to the Neyer Construction Team. As Director of Business Development, Jeff will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets. He will also ensure that both customer needs and profit margins are being met throughout the entire relationship. In addition, Jeff will lead management operations, project budgets, billing, communications and documentation. Jeff is also responsible for managing the daily efforts of the estimating department.

Heading up the newest division of the company, Excavation Services, Boone (as everyone calls him) is a 26-year veteran of the construction industry.  His vast experience allows NCI to now offer complete  residential and commercial excavating.

Bernice keeps the Neyer crews outfitted with the necessary tools and equipment to assure that every project is completed on time. She is certified to operate a Bobcat, and drives everything from a pickup truck to a dump truck.

Gordon has become indispensable in assisting our Shop Manager. He helps coordinate delivery and maintenance of all the Neyer shop equipment, and is a great asset to our shop team.  Gordon shows a true commitment to grow with the company.
