Neyer Construction has assembled a network of on-call craftsmen at all skill levels for a variety of on-site jobs. We’re able to quickly deploy individual craftsmen or teams for the unexpected tasks or overflow work.  One phone call to Neyer Construction can mean the difference between keeping a job on schedule or facing delays.

In addition to our on-call team, we employ the finest staff in the construction industry, all expertly trained tradesmen with decades of experience.

The following six staff members, pictured l. to r., are Site Superintendents whose experience, knowledge, vision and leadership assure that Neyer projects are completed on time, and within budget.

Dave Dietrich has been a site Superintendent for 27 years, with 11 of those years at Neyer Construction. Rick Nelson has been in the industry for 25 years, nine of those with Neyer.  Tony Coffaro has 37 years of industry experience, 24 of those as a Superintendent, and nine years with Neyer.  Ken Coomer has been in the industry for 35 years, and has been a Superintendent for four of his six years with Neyer.
