Neyer Construction was general contractor for a prominent Midwest apartment complex, providing all carpentry and concrete work for the renovation of the existing building as well as updating the interior of the clubhouse and leasing office.

For Robert Clayton, Director of Construction for Green Realty Corporation, management company for the complex, one significant thing come to mind as he remembered the challenges of this project –  getting it done quickly!   Says Clayton, “I was absolutely impressed not only with Neyer’s knowledge and experience, but with their ability to meet our time constraints.” 

Among the other challenges was linking the building’s lower and upper floors. Neyer Construction made room for and built a grand staircase that improved the flow and created a dramatic entrance.
