This NCI Tilt-up construction project encompassed the construction of a 56,000 square foot office and production facility located in Lebanon, Ohio. In addition, main entry wood siding, architectural wood columns, bead board ceiling, sidewalks and dock paving were constructed. This project was completed on time and within budget.

Zanesville, Ohio

Description:  PetSmart is the largest specialty retailer for pets, operating more than 850 stores in the U.S. and Canada. This NCI Tilt-up construction project for PetSmart building in Zanesville, Ohio had many points of interest.  The outstanding panel and header panel weighed 72,000 pounds and contained and opening approximately 56 feet width and 13 feet in height. Entrance panels were redesigned to maintain appearance, saving the owner in excess of $15,000. Dock retaining walls were also tilt-up construction. Two of the wall elevations had rustification that represented a block pattern. This project was constructed during the winter season and completed on time and within budget.

Mason, Ohio

Description:  Central Light is a full line lighting supplier located in Mason, Ohio. The new facility is among the nations’ largest with over 41,000 square feet featuring the latest styles of lighting by the world’s best manufacturers.  The most interesting feature of this tilt-up constructed facility is the two trapezoid shaped panels on the east and west sides that are accentuated by the paint and lighting. The rustification was laid out on an angle to give this an interesting architectural feature. Heaviest panel weighed 38 tons, with an average panel height of 30 feet. This project was completed on time and within budget.
