Michigan Terrace

Hyde Park, an upscale neighborhood north of downtown Cincinnati, has its own charming town square that encourages neighbors to walk, meet, shop and dine al fresco at some of Cincinnati's finest restaurants.

On one corner of the square, Al. Neyer, Inc. and partner Lantrust Real Estate Group have broken ground on a building designed to respect the scale and look of nearby structures. The units are contemporary and consistent with urban living, but also pay homage to the area's grand and varied architectural past. It is the first major project on Hyde Park Square in 60 years. Owners of nearby art galleries, restaurants and boutiques anticipate Michigan Terrace will amplify the energy on the square.

The project has been an unqualified success in the market, with 14 of 15 residential units presold before and during the first three months of construction.
