The Exchange on Montgomery is the successful result of our ability to look at an old site in a new way.  A former furniture store that had been closed for several years in an established, high-density retail district provided a great foundation for a new 36,000-square-foot mixed-use project.

Neyer purchased the property and enlisted its retail design team to creatively redevelop it. The end product is a surprising mix of attractive retail space facing the street, and multi-tenant professional and medical office space at the back of the building. Neyer used much of the lower portion of the existing building and created a new structure that provided a good fit with surrounding development. National retailers Chipotle and The Right Start are anchor retail tenants.
